The 12 week program will start as follow:

1. A first video call will be held with the athlete. Parents of an athlete under 18 years can do it without the athlete. It will definitely be beneficial for older youth athletes.
2. The video’s need to be submitted within 10 days for analyses to be done. If the video are not submitted by 10 days the 12 weeks will start from the 10th day.
3. After video analysis is completed it will be provided for the client to peruse. Scheduling a second video call will be made at this time. The 12 week period will start on the day the analysed video is made available.
4. During the second video call the details of the program’s training and the use of the coaching software will be explain and any further questions answered.
