The 12 week program will start as follow:

1. A first video call will be held with the athlete on the booked date and time. The video call details will be send on the day of the meeting. In case of athlete under 18 years parents can do it on their own but it can be beneficial for the athlete to attend the meeting. Especially if they are older.
2. The video’s need to be submitted within 10 days for analyses to be done. If the video are not submitted by 10 days the 12 weeks will start from the 10th day.
3. After video analysis is completed it will be provided for the client to peruse. A second video call will be scheduled at this time. The 12 week period will start on the day the analysed video is made available.
4. Video analysis will be done every 4 weeks after which a video call will be scheduled.
5. During the second video call the details of the shooters cards will be explained. Any questions regarding the video analysis will also be addressed.
